Alert: Important Information Regarding Dispensary

From May 1st 2025, Dispensary’s telephone lines will be open between 10am and 12.30pm during practice opening times at both Howdale and Marham. It will be for medication queries only and you will no longer be able to order medication over the phone.
If you need to order medication this can be done by:
• Using the NHS App
• Using S1 online
• Using the contact us online link on the homepage of our website and selecting admin request.
• Emailing nwicb.howdale.dispensary@nhs.net
• Completing the paper slip and dropping in at either surgery or posting it
If you have a query about your medication and the phone line is closed, you can:
• Using the contact us online link on the homepage of our website and selecting admin request.
• Emailing nwicb.howdale.dispensary@nhs.net
We will action any queries within 3 working days.
